Its stones bear witness to the passage of historic personalities. Martine and Bernard Carbonnell have preserved the building’s soul while creating 5 comfortable, functional and spacious rooms, opening onto the verdant, flower-filled park.

In this guest house-restaurant, it’s a pleasure to taste local produce accompanied by delicious vintages from the estate. Relax by the outdoor swimming pool or in the whirlpool bath. The Mediterranean is just a few hundred meters away, like a natural extension of the establishment.
