Every space has been designed to offer a serene atmosphere, where kindness is felt in every detail. Here, fresh air and the gentle murmur of water envelop the premises in a soothing atmosphere, conducive to relaxation and daydreaming. The refined cuisine, inspired by local produce, invites unforgettable gastronomic experiences. Nathalie Delormeau has decided to leave everything behind to concentrate on what she loves best: welcoming her guests as if they were friends. The establishment, once owned by the culinary critic Henri Gault, co-founder of the Gault et Millau Guide, now continues to keep this gastronomic heritage alive through her estate. Le Bel Ami’s menu features traditional, gourmet, family-style cuisine, based on seasonal produce and local ingredients. In the afternoon, the culinary pleasures continue at the Bar Club, where hot and cold drinks are served. This exceptional setting offers a wide range of activities, carefully designed to meet your expectations, whether cultural, creative or sporting. For nature lovers, activities such as canoeing on the Eure or a test flight in a microlight are available from the hotel reception.
