Housed in the former 18th-century San Sebastian convent, the hotel retains the nobility of its past while revealing a subtle and elegant comfort.
Within the whitewashed stone walls, the design unfolds in an artistic setting inspired by the region. Cristina Pas's creations represent the world of wine and the UNESCO World Heritage landscapes: stylized bunches of grapes and antique doilies transformed into bas-reliefs adorn the spaces. Every detail, meticulously thought out, contributes to an unforgettable experience. The eight rooms, named after the great local wines, combine sleek design with contemporary works of art inspired by the region's heritage. From the ancestral design with original columns and alcoves overlooking the rooftops of La Morra to rooms bathed in Provençal light, each carefully designed space combines aesthetics with modern comfort for a refined experience.
In the kitchen, the invitation to a culinary journey is reflected in a menu that showcases local flavours. Each dish reveals a subtle balance between tradition and modernity, the result of an in-depth exploration of Piedmont's gastronomic heritage. The great regional classics are given pride of place.
