In Polesine Parmense (PR) in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, Antica Corte Pallavicina is a 14th-century farmhouse facing the River Po. Massimo and Luciano Spigaroli reserve a dozen suites and rooms for their guests, in a setting combining comfort and authenticity.
Authenticity is also on the menu of the Michelin-starred chef. That of the rich, tasty terroir whose produce flourishes on the estate itself. A visit to the estate’s cellars is a must, and we leave it to you to discover it for yourself.
