This historic refuge, with its 16 rooms, combines the charm of period architecture with modern comforts. Every space has been designed to offer a serene atmosphere, where kindness is felt in every detail. With a breathtaking view over carefully tended gardens or the rolling river, each room becomes a haven of peace. Here, fresh air and the gentle murmur of water envelop the premises in a soothing atmosphere, conducive to relaxation and daydreaming. An oasis of tranquility, this ivory waterside residence is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy a unique experience: that of authenticity and natural simplicity. The refined cuisine, inspired by local produce, invites unforgettable gastronomic experiences. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a country getaway, this hotel-restaurant promises an absolute escape to the heart of nature and your plate! Nathalie Delormeau has decided to leave everything behind to concentrate on what she loves best: welcoming her guests as if they were friends. The establishment, once owned by the culinary critic Henri Gault, co-founder of the Gault et Millau Guide, now continues to keep this gastronomic heritage alive through her estate. Le Bel Ami’s menu features traditional, gourmet, family-style cuisine, based on seasonal produce and local ingredients. In the afternoon, the culinary pleasures continue at the Bar Club, where hot and cold drinks are served. This exceptional setting offers a wide range of activities, carefully designed to meet your expectations, whether cultural, creative or sporting. For nature lovers, activities such as canoeing on the Eure or a test flight in a microlight are available from the hotel reception. Nearby, you can visit Monet’s gardens at Giverny, with entry passes available on request from reception, enjoy horseback riding, golfing or cycling tours, or take a mini-train ride, allowing you to discover the surrounding countryside from a unique angle.
