A taste for tradition
In the Aosta Valley, at the foot of Mont Blanc, Café Quinson is a jewel born of the passion and experience of a couple who decided to leave Paris and return to their native village. It was in 1910 that Constance and Thomas left the capital and bought an old 17th-century house, where they founded Café Quinson. Their family has been running it ever since.
Anna and Elena Quinson welcome you to 6 rooms in wood and stone, each named after one of the surrounding vineyards. The décor tells the story of mountain life and farming, in a warm, welcoming, Alpine family atmosphere.
In the restaurant, chef and owner Agostino Buillas offers gourmet cuisine based on passionate research, both modern and traditional. A simple cuisine that follows the rhythm of the seasons, using fresh, local produce, as well as vegetables, aromatic herbs and edible flowers from the guesthouse’s organic vegetable garden. A fine cellar of wines and liqueurs from around the world completes the offer.
