CHATEAU FAGE LA MAISON DES VIGNES

In Arveyres, halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, Château FAGE welcomes guests to the heart of the vineyards. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you’ll notice a refined setting, where every detail has been thought through to create a designer décor, notably in the choice of the unique tapestry depicting a beech tree, the lighting and the choice of furniture. The terrace offers a view over the courtyard and the surrounding countryside, ideal for fine weather. In this restaurant, which looks like a winegrower’s family home, Clément COSTES, Head Chef, orchestrates the bistronomic experience. He puts "Technique at the service of Gourmandise", and composes his menu according to the best suggestions from his producers. Offering a family-style, shared and daring cuisine at lunch (with the inevitable dessert trolley!), he presents a more refined style at dinner. From his point of view, good, real food can be found everywhere. The emotion it arouses is what drives him.
