Originally the elegant home of a great shipowner, the Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Waldfrieden has retained the original charm of its 1902 construction: a charming, refined and romantic residence set in a vast park with a small pond. It’s the perfect country retreat. Its restaurant with its large fireplace and the winter garden of its Gartenhaus are popular meeting places for local gourmets, and some say that Hamburg begins in Quickborn.
The 24 individually decorated, comfortable rooms are divided between the main building and the elegant Landhaus outbuilding near the woods.
