20 kilometers from Metz, in the Grand-Est region of France, La Grange de Condé is an authentic 17th-century stone and wood farmhouse in Lorraine. Jean-Marie Visilit has succeeded in modernizing it while preserving its soul, making this 29-room hotel-restaurant the perfect place to recharge your batteries.

Jean-Marie is also present in the kitchen. Awarded a toque by Gault et Millau, the chef uses produce from the kitchen garden and local Lorraine produce to create invariably tasty recipes.

For relaxation, there’s an outdoor swimming pool and a thalassotherapy area with whirlpool bath, hammam, sauna and massage. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area, as far as the riding center or golf course.
