In Machilly, Haute-Savoie, Le Refuge des Gourmets is more than a gourmet restaurant, it’s been a regional institution since 1989.
Since 2020, Hubert Chanove (following in his father Jean-Marie’s footsteps), his wife Fanny and their team have been warmly welcoming you between lake and mountains, at the foot of the Voirons massif.
On site, in this little raspberry-growing village, the chef offers a resolutely modern cuisine with creative touches. Naturally, this cuisine is inspired by local produce (raspberries in particular!) and seasonal produce.
Three gourmet experiences are available on site, depending on your tastes. The gastro experience, to discover the chef’s generous, floral cuisine; the table d’hôte experience, for closer contact with the chefs; or, for lunch, the bistro experience, to enjoy creative, tasty dishes.
