A large room bathed in light, a terrace along the river, antique furniture.... Close your eyes, you’re in the home of the Impressionists.
In the kitchen, Valentin Petrov and his team bring out the best of Normandy produce in authentic, delicious and surprising recipes.
As for the cellar, this is another invitation to discover our region through the Norman ciders, perries and wines that make up our cider library.

In Vexin-sur-Epte, halfway between Paris and Rouen, Le Moulin de Fourges is a Normandy hotel-restaurant well worth a visit. The Moulin, whose style echoes that of the Queen’s hamlet in Versailles, stands proudly along the banks of the Epte, in the shadow of the nearby château for which it originally produced flour.
Today, having long been a restaurant, Le Moulin de Fourges has recently been converted into a magnificent hotel-restaurant where conviviality, rurality and authenticity are the watchwords. 9 warmly decorated suites overlooking the river bear witness to this desire.
A tribute to the birthplace of Impressionism, each room is dedicated to a painter from our lovely region, and becomes a living theater of cultural expression in the Vexin.
The Moulin de Fourges restaurant, a veritable modern guinguette, is now housed in the estate’s pretty barn and boasts a terrace along the river. On the menu, Normandy takes pride of place with authentic, gourmet recipes.
On site, you’ll also find a cosy bar, a store selling local Normandy produce... and a wellness area with panoramic sauna and Nordic bath.

Magnifique endroit, chambres spacieuses à la décoration soignée. Un très bon moment! Dommage que l'endroit ne soit pas plus accessible lorsqu'on n'a pas de voiture!
