Nestling in the ruins of the ancient castle that once dominated the valley at the top of the village of Broc, the Origines restaurant by Adrien Descouls offers a sumptuous panoramic view of the region. In the dining room, the modern, uncluttered atmosphere has been designed not to disturb the contemplation of the scenery or the dishes that Adrien Descouls and his team have created, ready to delight the senses. Agricultural plains, forests, undergrowth and mountains all provide inspiration for the Chef, who soon invites us to his demonstration of a contemporary approach to cuisine, at once respectful of tradition and definitively turned towards new experiences.
