Near Saint-Florent in northern Corsica La Dimora Hôtel et SPA is an authentic 18th-century farmhouse with beautifully preserved architecture. Nestled in landscaped grounds, this hotel-restaurant, recently awarded a Michelin key, harmoniously combines its historic soul with functional furnishings straight from the imagination of designers. Each of the 17 rooms has its own personality, with a common thread: comfort and light. comfort and brightness. The menu of the Pera Bianca restaurant reflects the image of the place, offering a skilful blend of local produce enhanced by tasty touches of contemporary creativity. Relaxation is the order of the day here, from the heated outdoor pool and on-site spa to the shores of the Mediterranean, via the equestrian center, tennis club and hiking trails.
