Just a few meters from Lake Garda in the Veneto region of Italy, time stands still. Continuing the family tradition, Gianpiero Tedeschi runs a charming hotel-restaurant behind the magnificent walls of a 1900 villa: the Regina Adelaide. A flower-filled garden and heated swimming pool are a foretaste of the relaxation on offer. This is complemented by a wide range of relaxation and fitness activities in the Spa area, where nothing is lacking.
The Regina Adelaide’s gastronomic offering is equally comprehensive, with two restaurants and a patisserie showcasing the tasty creations of chefs honoring local gastronomy. The shores of the lake, meanwhile, are superb for aesthetic discoveries, from the Parco Baia delle Sirene to the old town of Garda.
