Chef Xavier Isabal uses part of the produce from this garden to create his recipes, which he accompanies with local produce. Father and son are at the helm of the stoves, always competing with each other for tasty inspiration. The menu, which has been awarded a Michelin star and 3 toques by Gault et Millau, is invariably succulent.
