Just fifteen kilometers from Dijon in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region, L’Auberge de la Charme is a former forge that has been beautifully transformed into a restaurant with character. This establishment is distinguished first and foremost by the authenticity of the premises, a perfect example of the region’s architecture. In this traditional setting, chefs Nicolas Isnard and David Le Comte have created a contemporary decor that is a foretaste of their menu.
The menu is the fruit of the culinary inspiration of these two maestros. Their recipes take seasonal produce as their starting point. These are then embellished with a skilful blend of traditional flavours and tastes from elsewhere, resulting in invariably successful dishes.
