Near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Le Mas de La Rose is a hamlet of lavender fields surrounding 17th-century sheepfolds. Sabine and Franck Adabachian have converted a dozen comfortable rooms into a charming hotel-restaurant in the colors of the Midi. With a Michelin-starred plate to his credit, chef Fabien Taguemount offers a sunny menu typical of the region. The estate’s vegetable garden and orchard are his source of supply, complemented by the flavor treasures of local producers. Gourmets won’t want to miss his cooking classes. An outdoor swimming pool, a whirlpool bath and on-site massage, as well as horseback riding 5 kilometers away, make up the leisure and relaxation offer.
