Beginning his apprenticeship at the age of 14, chef Baptiste Renouard rubbed shoulders with some of the greatest names in French gastronomy before settling down. It’s hard to choose between the 5-course “Création” menu and the 7-step “Dégustation” menu, so tempting are the dishes.

Erected as veritable works of art, the compositions give pride of place to plants. The maître queux himself picks the flowers and herbs he uses as ingredients.
