A Colmar, nella regione del Grand-Est, Le Maréchal è un’autentica casa alsaziana a graticcio del XVI secolo. Roland Bomo accoglie i suoi ospiti in questo hotel-ristorante, superbamente decorato con mobili d’epoca. Le camere e le suite sono arredate in modo diverso, a seconda di ciò che è stato trovato nei negozi di antiquariato.

Al ristorante À l’Échevin, in riva al mare, potrai gustare deliziose ricette a base di prodotti alsaziani, accompagnate dai grandi vini della regione.
