A Polesine Parmense (PR), in Emilia-Romagna, l’Antica Corte Pallavicina è un’ex azienda agricola del XIV secolo, che si affaccia sul Po. Massimo e Luciano Spigaroli riservano una dozzina di suite e camere ai loro ospiti, in un ambiente che unisce comfort e autenticità.
L’autenticità è anche nel menù proposto dallo chef stellato Michelin. Un menù ispirato al territorio, ricco e gustoso, e a base di prodotti freschi provenienti dalla tenuta stessa. La visita delle cantine è un’esperienza unica, che vi lasciamo la sorpresa di scoprire.
Corsi di cucina per buongustai, biciclette per i più sportivi e un centro di equitazione a pochi chilometri di distanza completano questo eccezionale soggiorno.
