A 12 chilometri da Périgueux, nella regione della Nouvelle-Aquitaine, lo Château de Lalande è immerso in 3 ettari di parco verdeggiante. Questo hotel-ristorante ti accoglie in un magnifico edificio risalente al XVIII secolo. Catherine Staebell è riuscita ad armonizzare il fascino autentico dei locali con i comfort della funzionalità contemporanea. Le cucine del ristorante gourmet sono affidate allo chef Yves Staebell, un maestro nella preparazione della cucina del territorio del Périgord a cui aggiunge il suo tocco creativo, premiato con una targa da Gault et Millau. La piscina all’aperto e l’ampio parco sono luoghi piacevoli per rilassarsi, prima di salire su una bicicletta per esplorare la campagna circostante.
