Nadine et Charles Pitollet - Proprietari

A Sainte-Maxime, in Provenza-Alpi-Costa Azzurra, La Belle Aurore è un hotel-ristorante a contatto con il Mar Mediterraneo. Nadine e Charles Pitollet hanno creato 17 camere luminose e funzionali con balconi o terrazze, per farti respirare lo iodio a pieni polmoni.

In questa struttura simile a un transatlantico, lo chef si ispira naturalmente all’ambiente circostante. Il suo menù, premiato con due toques dalla guida Gault et Millau, è naturalmente ricco di profumi e sapori della Costa Azzurra.

La piscina all’aperto e la spiaggia privata della struttura contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera di piacere. Non lontano, la “terre ferme” offre un centro di equitazione e un Golf Club.
