A La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, nella regione del Centro-Val de Loire, L’Hostellerie du Château les Muids è un hotel-ristorante immerso in 33 ettari di parco. Questo magnifico edificio del XVIII secolo, con le sue torrette protettive, si inserisce perfettamente nella regione degli Châteaux de la Loire. Andrea Buzzoni Mora fa in modo che le 20 camere si fondano perfettamente con il calore dei materiali dell’edificio. La cucina è affidata alle mani esperte di Ludovic Richard, che propone ricette basate su prodotti di alta qualità, alcuni dei quali vengono affumicati in casa. Il vasto parco è ideale per lunghe passeggiate e comprende una piscina, un campo da tennis e un campo da mini golf. Nelle vicinanze, un putting green a 18 buche e un maneggio completano l’offerta di attività per il tempo libero.
